Izen Consulting is proud to have worked with a team of leading experts to develop the five year strategic business plan to move Sto:Lo Nation Human Resources Development to the new Aboriginal Skills, Employment & Training Strategy (ASETS) model. As a result, we worked with other AHRDA's to develop their ASETS plans, which are being accepted at both the regional and national levels.
In partnership with Roslyn Kunin and Associates, we conducted two studies:
- A labour market analysis of the Social Services Sector within the Non-Profit Sector
- An analysis of employment opportunities for the Tsawwassen First Nation
In partnership with Carden Consulting, we conducted a Public Designation Feasibility Study for Native Education College
We’ve recently completed program evaluations for ACCESS and the BC Construction Association.
Izen Consulting took part in the Comprehensive Community Planning (CCP) Workshop on funding sources for First Nations in Cowichan at the Quw’utsun’ Cultural and Conference Centre in Duncan.
